The cuisine we serve is rooted in the Mediterranean traditions passed down through our family, beginning with our grandparents, who opened this restaurant in 1964 with a simple vision: to make every guest feel they had found the right place. Our dishes celebrate the authentic flavours of Southern Italy, from handcrafted pizza and fresh pasta to seafood specialities inspired by the Amalfi Coast.

Since 1964, a family story in the heart of Positano. Founded by Domenico and Carmela Milo and inspired by their passion for hospitality, Saraceno d'Oro has continued to pass down the same family values through generations of children and grandchildren. More than fifty years after opening its doors, the restaurant has embraced a new identity as SADÓ Positanoa contemporary expression that carries forward the same tradition, warmth, and genuine hospitality that have defined it from the very beginning.
